As voting entered it's closing hours, the First Presbyterian Church in Upper Darby saw it's busiest day and biggest turn out in years. While they were still hoping for another rush of voters just getting out of work, they were pleasantly surprised and encouraged by the turn out they had seen already throughout the day.
