Boston votes final: City bucks statewide trends

Final results from tonight's presidential primary show big Massachusetts wins for Sen. Clinton and former Gov. Romney. Numbers from Boston and Cambridge, however, favored Sens. Obama and McCain. With 100% of precincts reporting, I can present the final numbers here.

BOSTON
  • Obama 53%, Clinton 45%
  • McCain 47%, Romney 44%

CAMBRIDGE
  • Obama 63%, Clinton 35%
  • McCain 50%, Romney 38%

That's a wrap for this Boston blogger. Thanks for keeping up throughout the day and for leaving your comments. Don't forget to stay tuned for the California results tomorrow and the other primaries to come. I'll be writing on my website, www.michaelderamo.com -- and you might just see me around here on Utterz now and then! Take care.
